  • Lost registration code policy
    If you register and, for whatever reason, you do not receive an email with a serial number, please send an e-mail to support@blazevideo.com . Once we receive the request, we'll try to re-send your serial number as soon as possible!
  • Refund policy
    Refunds will be processed up to 7 days after the initial purchase. Refund requests should be sent to register@blazevideo.com. Please include an explanation for the refund.
